Warranty

Your jewelry will come with a 6 month warranty, starting from the date of receipt, that ensures your item will be free of manufacturer defects. This warranty covers your jewelry under normal wear and with proper care. It does not cover excessive wear and tear.

 Examples of manufacturer defects:
Chain breaking in the middle without any kind of force, i.e. there are no stretched links
Breakage of a clasp
Ring detaching from your chain

 

 Examples of excessive wear and tear:
Chain broken in the middle as a result of force, i.e. stretched links
Earring wire misshapen as a result of force

 

If your item qualifies for the warranty, it will be repaired at no expense to you. To inquire, please send an email to tiffany [at] stellagreystudio.com along with your order number and clear, up close photos of your jewelry and its defect.

 

Issues after 6 months

Six months to one year after date of receipt:
 Your piece can be repaired for a small fee. You will be responsible for sending the item(s) back safely and with tracking. USPS First Class Mail is an affordable way to ship your pieces with tracking. To inquire, send an email to tiffany [at] stellagreystudio.com with your order number and clear, up close photos of your jewelry and its defect.
One year to five years after date of receipt:
Your piece can be repaired for a fee provided that the materials used to make your particular piece are still available. You will be responsible for sending the item(s) back safely and with tracking.
